A$AP Relli has come forward as the 2021 shooting victim of A$AP Rocky. According to Rolling Stone, Relli, real name Terell Ephron — a talent manager and producer, said he plans to file a civil suit against Rocky. Back in April, Rocky was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon over the alleged shooting. He has not been formally charged or any crimes.
Relli's attorney's Jamal Tooson and Brian Hurwitz revealed more details about the alleged shooting in a statement. They claimed that Rocky allegedly lured Relli to an obscure location in central Hollywood to "discuss a disagreement between the two of them.”
The statement read, “Unbeknownst to Mr. Ephron, A$AP Rocky was not just planning for a conversation and came armed with a semi-automatic handgun. After arriving at the location, a conversation ensued whereby without provocation, warning, or any justification, A$AP Rocky produced the handgun and intentionally fired multiple shots at Mr. Ephron.”
Meanwhile, court documents state that Relli claimed he was hit by bullet fragments in the shooting and suffered injuries to his hand that required medical attention.
Rocky is scheduled to be in court on August 17th.
