But Scott's lawyers are adamant that he's not in any criminal trouble. “Travis Scott’s deposition is typical legal procedure. What is not typical is how the media continues to focus on him despite being cleared of any wrongdoing by extensive government investigations, including by the Houston Police Department,” his rep, Ted Anastasiou, said in a statement. A grand jury decided in June not to indict Scott over the incident, but a nearly 1,300-page investigative report by Houston police revealed that festival workers had warned about possible deadly consequences.
