ADIDAS LOST $441 MILLION IN SALES AFTER DROPPING KANYE WEST: According to BScott, Adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden has announced the brand's first quarter financial results for 2023, revealing that there has been a $441 million dip in year to year sales mainly across North America, Greater China, as well as the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions largely due to the discontinuation of its popular Yeezy business in October 2022. In addition, Gulden said that he brand has no idea what to do with its existing Yeezy products.

CARDI B SAYS NEW ALBUM IS COMING SOON: During an Instagram Live this past weekend, Cardi B told fans that her long awaited sophomore album is coming soon. She told fans that the project is coming sooner that they might expect and said that the delay is due to ongoing personal issues. She explained, “I’ve been having a lot of anxiety because I know right after I drop my album, I have to go out on tour, and I have bad separation anxiety from my kids."She continued, “When it comes to music and everything, I just be feeling like I don’t be liking anything. I feel like I got so many songs, and I don’t like anything. I feel like nothing is good enough… And I got so much money saved up I just be like, ‘Yeah, whatever the f*ck.’”

LIL WAYNE TALKS TO MISSY ELLIOTT ABOUT HOW MUCH MISSY ELLIOTT INFLUENCED HIS CAREER: During an interview for TV One's Uncensored, Lil Wayne sat down with Missy Elliott and revealed how much she influenced him. He told her,“As a kid before Jay — this before I even knew a Jay-Z existed, I was into Missy Elliot.” He went on,“Yeah and you know it was because you were able to [sic] you would say things that I would want to say as I’m rapping. You not only made me lik—You made me love it."  He continued, “And I became so interested in you. And what happened was I bought the album and did not know that you really was spitting like… You know what I mean. You know I spit that verse to you all the time. So, it was you and Cee-Lo Green was who I would listen to at the time a lot.” He continued, “And I was very much into Noreaga,” he added.

50 CENT, SHAQUILLE O' NEAL AND KENYA BARRIS REPORTEDLY JOIN FORCES IN BET BIDDING WAR: Reports say that 50 Cent, Shaquille O'Neal and Kenya Barris have teamed up in BET bidding war. According to TMZ, 50 and Kenya were seen outside of Paramount's NYC officers discussing hte possiblity of buying the network.  The men allegedly partnered with Shaq and investment company, CVC, to make an offer. Barris is also one of BET’s minority stake holders. One source with "direct knowledge" said, “It’s not a done deal, but they’re deep in it."

MACHINE GUN KELLY THROWS SHOTS AT JACK HARLOW: This past weekend, Machine Gun Kelly got back into his rapping back and threw a couple of shots at Jack Harlow over the instrumental to Jay Z and Eminem's "Renegade." On the song, he rapped, “I see why they call you Jackman/You jacked man’s whole swag, give Drake his flow back, man/I eat rappers like Pac Man/Must I regurgitate and show you who’s in my stomach from the last dance." The verse comes after Jack Harlow made a bold claim that he’s “the hardest white boy” since Eminem on “They Don’t Love It” off Jackman.
