DaBaby Charged With Battery Over Alleged Music Video Attack

DaBaby is facing several criminal charges for allegedly assaulting a man who tried to stop him from shooting a music video on his property.  According to TMZ, the rapper was charged with felony battery by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office over the December 2020 incident. Gary Pagar has claimed that DaBaby rented his Runyon Canyon home on condition that no more than 12 people would be on site. Pagar claimed that the rapper violated the terms of the rental agreement when he showed up with over 40 people, including a film crew, to shoot a music video for his artist Stunna 4 Vegas’ “Play U Lay.”

Pagar said that on December 2nd, he tried to shut down the production by talking to the rapper before he was allegedly attacked by someone in DaBaby's crew. TMZ obtained footage of the incident.

Back in February, Pagar sued DaBaby for assault, breach of contract, and thousands of dollars in property damage. His manager was also named in the suit.

DABABY RESPONDS

DaBaby responded to Pagar's claims on Twitter, claiming that Pager is a "white supremacist." He also posted a video of Pager using the n-word several times.

DaBaby added, "Y’all keep believing these type of people & helping em assassinate my character y’all might as well get a rope & help him hang my black a**.
